Delivery charges will be made available to the buyer before the purchasing
of products and will be agreed by the seller at the time of purchase. If an
item is lost during shipping, the total cost of the item including shipping
charges will be refunded to the buyer by the seller within 10 days of
notification. If an item is damaged during shipping, it is up to the
seller’s discretion as to whether a full refund or exchange is acceptable.
Working days are Monday-Friday 10.30am - 6.00pm, excluding weekends
and public holidays. Standard delivery may take 2-5 working days.
